Steel helmet 2nd.pattern in good condition.

Nice colour and with sand-finish.

Marked on the inside HS 403 (= steel supplier Hadfield Ltd, Sheffield, steel batch number 403).

The leather chin strap was once broken and has a repair, see photo.

The British interior was made by the American manufacturer L.C.C. & C0 in 1918 and stamped as such.
