The bayonet is in good condition and the blade is in very fine condition.

Inspection stamp above the push button.

The blade with year 16 (1916) and purchase stamps.

Also manufacturer marked; P.D.Lüneschloss,Solingen.

The scabbard is in reasonable condition but completely blank and slightly stained (see photo).

The leather frog (damaged at the front, see photo) is sturdy and still has a manufacturer’s stamp and year on the back; Adolph Schawartz & CoBerlin N 39, 1917.
