One epaulette has a slightly damaged wax seal with the text: k.pr.? ? Breslau po ???

Equipped with the Reichsadler in the middle.

The epaulettes are just not completely matching, but in size and rank.

The SMS Breslau, on which the later Grand Admiral and deputy of Adolf Hitler, Karl Dönitz served as an officer from 1912 to 1916, was a cruiser built in 1910 for the Mittelmeer Division.
